In our contract there are two levels of benefits:

Tier One (Full benefits):

Requirements 62.5% FTE (15 credit hours of teaching during the academic year) or higher.
A multi-year contract.

Tier Two (Modified benefits):

Post probationary status (after teaching 27 credit hours, or four years whichever happens first)
Teaching at least three credit hours in Fall and Spring semesters. Includes two one semester contract holders.
